When we talk about Coworking Space Singapore Cheap, we mean the ones that cost less than $500 (USD) per month, which essentially means you would be paying around $30 to $40 per day.
Considering that most
coworking spaces cost $600 or more, these are your best choices. Now forget
about tiny, noisy, and smelly coworking spaces – here are our favorite five. One
Space – one of the Cheapest Coworking Spaces in Singapore
What we like about this
coworking space is that it’s big enough and has all the comfortabilities
necessary.
One Space is not
exactly the prettiest one. It might even remind you of regular office ambiance
but, to be honest, who needs great aesthetics when you have everything else?
They’re located at 1 Ubi
View 0308, on the fourth floor, just five minutes away from the subway. Plus,
it’s surrounded by two bus stops.
They offer basic hot
desks for $30 per day and dedicated desks for $450 per month. You get all the
goodies: biometric access, coffee, printing services, high-speed internet,
chill-out space, and there’s even a massage chair.
They also offer meeting
rooms and private studios at great prices mostly recommended for teams with 4
to 6 members.
1. The Hive Coworking
They couldn’t have chosen
a better name; The Hive is one of those coworking space franchises that are
present in more than 5 countries, with more than 3 locations in different
cities.
What we love about The
Hive is that they have a great team, amazing work environment, high internet
speed, and central locations.
Specifically, you can
find a Hive at Carpenter, New Bridge Road, and Lavender. The first one is
a bit more expensive because it’s a busy area for tourists, so you’ll get a hot
desk for $250 and a dedicated desk for $580 per month.
At New Bridge Road and Lavender,
each option is available from $210 and $450 respectively. You can choose any of
them, as they’re all pretty much the same in terms of space, quality, and
services.
2. CoQoons Coworking
They’re pretty much like
The Hive, but without as many locations. CoQoons is located at 3
HarbourFront Place, at the HarbourFront Tower 2, eleventh floor.
It’s surrounded by three
different bus stops and is close enough to the beach and the gym. Believe us
when we tell you that getting your work done and enjoying the best breaks is,
in fact, possible.
Depending on your
membership (if you choose one, which we honestly recommend) and how long you
plan to stay there, you can enjoy:
- Locker storage
- Adjustable tables
- Meeting rooms
- Board rooms
- High-speed internet
- Printing services
- Showers
- Pool tables.
You can rent a hot desk
for $20 for a day or $250 for the entire month. Dedicated desks are available
for $450 and private offices for $470. It’s a very dynamic space, full of
digital nomads and local entrepreneurs. We consider CoQoons a great place to
work and make contacts.
3. ClubCo
If you’ve ever booked a
desk at a coworking space, you surely know that adapting packages to your
specific needs may be a little tough – but not with ClubCo.
They have more than three
packages but are also flexible enough to understand your team’s necessities.
Just talk to them and request exactly what you need; they’re open to your
requests.
At ClubCo, you get
to choose between The Quadrant and Capital Square. The first is a space
designed for those nomads who prefer a conducive environment without a
dedicated desk. It costs $400 per month and includes 24/7 access, high-speed
Wi-Fi, and printing and scanning services.
Capital Square is for
those who prefer to keep a more focused environment and a less crowded desk.
Prices start from $600 per month and, even though it’s a bit more expensive
than packages from other coworking spaces, it’s totally worth it. Book a tour
or contact them at 25 Church Street, Capital Square 3, 02-03, and 19 Cecil
Street, The Quadrant 04-00.
4. Found8
Need 24/7 cheap access to
your office? You got it! Found8 has five different headquarters in Singapore:
- 100 Amoy St
- 79 Anson Rd, 23-01
- 19A Cuppage Rd
- 1 North Bridge Rd 08-08
- 128 Prinsep St 01-01
You pay $280 per month
for a hot desk and $590 for a dedicated desk. Each one has different
decorations and vibes, but the prices remain the same (except for the Cuppage
Rd store, where a dedicated desk costs $500).
Found8 is a
welcoming coworking space. It also offers storage lockers, meeting rooms, a
business address, email management services, event rooms, access to mentors and
experts on different matters, and access to all of their locations.
It’s where you go to make
connections and to get advice from nomads who have a little more experience
then you do on certain topics.
5. Final Thoughts
We gave you 5 different
options to save your time and money while looking for the cheapest coworking
space in Singapore. All of them have great reviews from other nomads, but you
can also book tours to meet their coworking spaces in person.
We do recommend you get
in touch with them to hear about special deals and offers.
Now, one final notice:
you don’t need to marry one of these coworking spaces forever! After you’ve
made your list of preferences, you can book one month at one coworking space and
the next one at your second favorite.
This way, you get to meet
many other nomads and enjoy a different coworking space experience every month.
Who knows, maybe you could end up creating your own coworking space , business model.
Have you visited one of
the coworking spaces we mentioned? If you have your own personal favorite, you
can tell us in the comments! We’d love to read your thoughts and
recommendations.
